This project focused on providing users an informational resource to help with their drive-thru experiences. A few months allowed for thorough primary and secondary research. The goal was to provide a solution to the frustration that comes with waiting in drive-thru lines. With the creation of Quick Wait, users would be more informed and prepared. At the end of the project, users were successfully able to locate a drive-thru with the shortest wait time.
The challenge would be to provide a familiar interface with curbside or delivery options. Acting as both UX researcher and designer, I fully understood the research results, so I could refine both testing strategies and the interface’s elements around that information.
